01. Please do advised that the lorry transportation charge which quoted are based on the present prevailing rate and will be charged on actual at the times transportation charges if applicable will be charged extra as per actual in advance.

02. The carrier or their agent shall be exempted from any loss or damage through accident. Pilferage, Fire, Rain, Collision any other road or river hazard. We therefore recommend that goods be insured under carriers risk while carriers risk on individual policy /receipt from insurance co. will be given.

03. We would request you to please use 40% of all the charges in advance alongwith your work order and the balance charges 60% after delivery in kolkata only. For outstation shifting – pay 100% in advance at loading point.

04. Please note that the above quotation has been prepared keeping in view our basic standards of packing with the best packing material as the type of packing will be fit to our discretion.

05. We would be grateful if could please give us one week’s advance notice as to when we commence the above job.

06. Payment should be made in favour of M/S TARAKNATH PACKERS & MOVERS.

07. We do not hold any responsibility for any valuable item like jewellery / cash document.

08. Car should have 10 to 12 later petrol for door to door collection and delivery.

09. Without insurance we are not responsible for accident, fire, breakage, leakage and damage. Insurance charge @1.5% / lacs actual value of goods,

10. M/S Taraknath packers will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to factors beyond its control like natural calamities, vehicle breakdown, strike, accidents etc.

11. Once the advance amount paid is not refundable if any cancellation from the client.

12. It is client own risk. Keep your cash/ jewelry and all important document in your custody/lock.

13. Caring liquor, gas cylinder, acid of any type of liquids (like ghee tin, oil etc.) is totally prohibited.

14. Taraknath Packers and Movers possesses the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this site without prior notice.

15. All term are governed by applicable low in the city of Kolkata in the state of west Bengal, India. All disputes arising from these terms and condition and activities can subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.

16. The consignor/consignee merely puts his/her signature on "Goods Receiving" Copy showing acknowledgement of goods without giving any remark about the status of the materials, it would be deemed that the transported materials were delivered in o.k./good condition.

17. If goods already packed by customer and not shown the working /OK condition of item then NO CLAIM shall be considered.
